staff helpful and clear

I misread the features and thought it was closer to the centre. It was 2 stops by metro or a 20+ minute walk… As it was a very short trip I would have wanted be more central but still - it was a pleasant area and a perfectly good place to stay. However

Hotel's spa is big and nice but there were too many people on the day we went. Rooms with beds are dated and beds are too hard. Ondol rooms are in better condition if you don't mind sleeping on the floor. Breakfast buffet is overpriced.
