Very handy and pleasant location. Loved access to Queen St shopping. Did not use but appreciated kitchen and laundry facilities within studio unit. Some thoughtful extras provided including a decent amount of milk. Very homely relationship with staff.

Old fashioned hotel in Glasgow. Location is excellent right near the botanical garden. Rooms are of decent size, however, very old fashioned. Also appliances in Bathroom rather old fashioned. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would come back again.

This is our second visit to this hotel in the last 12 months and we have enjoyed the stay both times. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Checking in and out very smooth and efficient

location, shopping, cleanliness

Site is ideally situated. Staff extremely helpful. Restaurant is good value and quality. Would definitely go back again.

The owner was friendly. Showed us to the room. Also sent us to the train station the next morning. Room was adequate and value for money.

Bed was nice

There's a kitchenette but too much restrictions. Might as well don't offer a kitchen.
