close to york city, room was warm, plenty of hot water

Free early morning airport transfers. Quite accessible close to several convenience stores and Keikyu Line (or one stop away from the monorail taking you straight to Hamamatsucho).

Location, staff eager to assist, staff speak English well

Very tired and dated, cracked tiles, stained carpet, etc. Food was awful and over priced. Staff were unhelpful and had convince the kitchen to let me buy a $25 burger in the restaurant at midday as they only wanted to reheat something on the 24 hour menu.

Hotel is strategically located at Gangnam. Plenty of restaurant nearby and shopping street are within minutes of walking
