Closed to the Train Station. Very helpful staff, great breakfast. Door still using key. Coins Washing Machine available. Vending Machine. Closed to Lawson.

The staff was the best. Extremely helpful and so pleasant. Looking forward to my next stay.

Anpanman museum, malls and kobe tower are just 10-20 minutes walk from the hotel. The big balcony with sea view is awesome, you can sit here enjoying a cup of coffee/beer in the sea breeze. A very relax stay here.

Plus points: nice grounds, friendly & helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant. Downsides: tired room, bumpy old carpet, damaged bathroom door, stained old ironing board.

Great location; lovely staff; good facilities

The hotel was cheap for London. I wouldn't recommend the food in the pub but the service was great everywhere. They allowed us to check in early which was fantastic with a young baby. Location is good but not a lot around food wise. Tube is very close
