perfect location for a night out, great service and very comfortable beds

We stayed there total of 3 nights, first 2 nights the room they placed us was way too hot!! And we went down stair to talk to the front desk twice, they told us that because it is central air so either they have to turn on the heater or air conditioning.

I found the bed really uncomfortable and when we ordered room service dinner they didn't listen to my dietary needs.

Thanks guys we really appreciate what you did. You guys are the best. Because of your outstanding service, Heritage will always be in our map whenever and wherever we take our vacation. Thank you!

The bed was collapsing, and there was just 2 power socket for all 4
