      Location was excellent, providing sheltered access to Kyoto Station within walking distance. For the triple room we stayed in, it was really a little too cramped though.

      A great stay in a clean and friendly hotel. A little tired around the edges but this did not distract from our stay. The location is superb and it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning with a wonderful view of the marina.

      Great location, however the hotel is pretty shabby and would need some refurbrishment (like changing doors, or windows to make rooms more soundproof, fixing the leaking cealing in the dining room), also WI-Fi could work better and not only in common areas
