The room is so old and not very clean Everything is old and the bathroom does not even have a fan. The air conditioning is not working fine and it was very hot in the room even when we switched it to high. Luckily we were only staying for a night.

The room is relatively small, yet the view is amazing. Location is not that convenient for travellers not driving.

Couldnt open a 24" luggage. But if u were there to sleep and travel then its ok. Location is awesome just outside higobashi station exit.
