The rooms were small and other guests walked past our room all day long. The restaurant view was beautiful, but there is little resemblance to a resort. However, we were positively surpriced to learn there was a free shuttlebus to queens town.

Very little to fault here, no native English speaking staff but all spoke reasonably well, clean and tidy. Parking at the hotel expensive at £10 per day.

Most of hotels in Japan are clean and modernize. Granvia Hiroshima is just next to the train station and you may use the short cut straghtly get into the first floor. Room size could be big among hotels in Japan

Kind but unreachable staffs. Perfect items with much dirts.
