We loved our stay here. Our bedroom had a view of the river and Vicky at reception was so helpful and friendly.

I was not expecting such a good hotel for the price. Despite the the fact there was no lift and carpets a little past best, the hotel was great. Good parking and was able to leave my car after check out to go into London

Personnel accueillant, hôtel propre mais un peu bruyant à cause de la 4 voies qui passe à proximité. Connexions difficiles au Wifi qui est, globalement, beaucoup trop lent (peut-être surchargé ?)

Excellent reception staff, easy parking, good value

This is very old hotel, but it's very well maintained hotel. Room space is above average, and we are very happy to get room in high floor.
