restaurant was disappoint

Nice rooms, close to underground and nice staff

Nice modern spacious room, handy off M54, quiet, stayed here several times, "continental" breakfast is a bit thin if you've ever stayed in (for example) Germany but it's still pretty decent.

the elevator is too small and there is no hair dryer in the room, yet, the location, the staff and the other things are quite good.

A little problem with the heating but the staff has been able to resolve it very kindly. Some little things to eat in the fridge would have been appreciated. Staff really helpfull and nice.

It's a nice hotel to stay, even though it's not spacious. Overall, had a good experience staying in a Japanese Style hotel. Staff Mr Cheng @ Sheng was very polite n well verse in English n gave us few tips on where to go in Tokyo around Ueno area

Very good location and room. Very pleasant staff.

The room was so small there was barely enough room to walk around the bed. At £68 per night I'd expect more. I stayed in an Airbnb location the previous week where the room was bigger, breakfast was included, and it only cost £40 per night.

Cleanliness, modern, comfortable

Really clean. Comfortable bed. Great location really close to eiffel tower and metro
