Biggest complaint is that we were put into a smoking room, didn't even realize hotels still have smoking rooms these days. It absolutely reeked of tobacco smell, even found a full ashtray of used cigarette butts in the bathroom that the cleaning staff

Beautiful old hotel and glorious garden, with a very welcoming feel in a lovely village

Wifi is fast and free, Staff are very nice, Rooms are nice and new

Although the hotel room is quite spaces and clean. But it is quite far away (about 20 min walking distance) from JR station which is inconvenient to us.

Location is perfect. But the lobby is always crowded. For people who like quieter hotel, this is not a good choice.
