Hotel was in a good location. Check in staff in charge of afternoon shift was unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff whom was in charge of night shift was much better, compliments to him. I booked 2 rooms and 1 of them had a swamp of bed bugs! Hotel was faci
Staff could communicate with English. Could direct send luggage in/out to another side of Alpine route. Strange room design while the sink just next to the desk inside the room. Need to use tap carefully. Onsen is nice.
