staff are very friendly

good location and price performance are both well. If I comment on something to encourage them is the room size. Japan's room is generally very small. So if they make more space, it wold be great!

Sapporo Grand Hotel is best location where it located between two major subway statio, Sapporo Stn and Odori Stn. Hotel lift also connected directly to Underground Shopping Street which is very convenient to get to.
