Staff was very helpful friendly and polite even though they spoke little english. The room was small for 2 people. Price was expensive & didnt include breakfast. Location was close to the Hakata station.

Location, cleanliness and ambience

Why can't you lower the temp to below 20 C? It was too hot in the room at night and sometimes the A/C did not work well. The buffet was good, and service was good, but why do we have to ask for ice? Why not put an ice machine on each floor? The shower

Close to the Eiffel tower, easy access to dining restaurants and walking distance to train station

There is a quality feel to the hotel. Location was perfect, quiet and yet only a 5 minute walk to the high street. Off road parking, although a bit tight, was an added bonus.

Reasonable price, good breakfast, location.

Small room, but clean. Room rate is so expensive in weekend.

All the essentials covered and nothing more. Simple, however rooms are quite smaller compared to other hotels.
