      The internet connection was nearly zero reception and the heater works 2days per week. The rest are pretty decent. if you don't mind isolated with the outer world and shower with cold water,there is no problem for you

      Staff were really nice, they let us drop off our luggage one day before our stay (the hotel we were staying at before did not!). Room size was pretty good for Tokyo. Location is not central Shinjuku, but still ok

      The room we were given needed refurbishing. Also on the small side. Good points are the food and the lovely gardens. Wouldn't stay here again.
