convenient location (close to jr station), nice and clean room, 2 public computers (one of them old/slow though) with free internet

First few nights, no air con, not acceptable especially for Asians. Was placed at a room facing Street, so noisy! Asked to change room for the rest of 6 nights to face residential blocks, the result was a tremendous change! Birds singing greetings eve

The hotel is clean and quite well maintained. The location is pretty convenient.

We are very satisfy with our stay. We traveled with our young kids, hence we get the family room with 2 double beds. The Luxury Family package came with breakfast and lounge access. The location is good, just opposite the underground station.

Having paid for an upgrade to executive room I was really disappointed. Firstly two flights of stairs and then a spiral stair, this turned out to be an attic room. The view was looking out of a dirty window to a crumbling wall. The room was cold as only o
