Quiet, clean, quality fit out

The location is great. And the staff are so helpful as what usual Japanese does. It is very close to the Kanazawa JR station, which is great too.

Very pleasant stay. My daughter loves the japanese style room. Will definitely come again.

1) They didn't clean our room whereas my gf spoke in Korean to the front desk prior to us spending the day out to the guy confirming that he will call housekeeping to have our room clean. Hence we were gone the whole day. Also there shouldn't have

Near to shopping malls, good food outlets and near to train/metro stations.

The staff are polite and helpful, the hotel are near to namba station

Good to have a room for family that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Location is excellent. Pillows & mattresses were a bit too hard.
