Clean, comfy bed, cracking Breakfast!

Probleim with water in the shower, little water come out; thereby, taking a shower become a hazzle. The place is a bit outdated.

Room was decent enough considering the cheap price. Comparing it to other hotels I've stayed at in London at this price range, I was not disappointed. The bathroom was in need of a renovation (tiles, paint, shower, shower head) and the exhaust fan did

I had to pay for an upgrade to get a room with air-conditioning and a fridge. The upgraded room was compact but fine though I wonder what the originally booked standard room was like. Can't fault the location.

The size of the room and bathroom, the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel and the relaxed atmosphere created by friendly and helpful staff

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the ryokan experience and the wonderful Japanese breakfast.
