The room was shabby and the staff were more interested in the pub and not the hotel. Whilst booking it started the hotel was upgraded, not room 5.

I find the location superb. After getting off at susukino sta take the exit going to pole town then take the escalator to exit and fo up the tanukikoji shopping/dining area. There's a family mart at the corner and lots of small resrtaurants nearby. O

Quite a large flat, well kept, and central.

Can't reach the hotel by public transport. We had to reserve another hotel and lost the hotel's full price.
