Extremely recommend the room service of the breakfast

I was promised a non-smoking room; I did not receive one. I was promised an upgraded room due to some construction on the property; I did not receive this either. The view from my room was mostly of the roof.

It was situated in a conveninect location. Easy way from the airport and easy to go to site seeing areas.

this is one of the best B&Bs we have every stayed at. Only 3 rooms so it is very cosy. It was well appointed and quiet with a winery up the road for a drink and snack.
