Comfort, reasonable price, staff performance

Great hotel, very clean and staff very hospitable. Practically next to Odori Park. Staff undertands English and go out of way to accommodate you. Will recommend to anyone visiting Sapporo for business or leisure. Will stay again!

Room size was really great for Japanese size. The location is a bit far in compared to Hilton. Thankfully, the shuttle bus service was on time and reliable. Although a bit old and run down, it's still value for money. Staff were ok - not rude but not

Nice spa facilities

This was our third stay at this hotel. We find it is good value, a handy location and reasonably priced. We would recommend it and will stay again if we are in Leeds.
