Good neighborhood, comfort, and helpful staff

Located right besides the Shinkansen station, it's convenient to travel to other nearby cities and Hiroshima by accessing the tram station and bus stop just mins walk from the hotel. Staff are helpful and the hotel is transitional and grand.

Pros - reasonable price among the budget hotel range - located right above the Metro station - quiet and less crowded area Cons - room is small and decoration is old: scratches on the desk, wall etc. - should not put a large office chair inside the room

Best value for money, excellent location with 3 mins walk to closest tube station

Currently building extension next door but caused few problems, location for visiting is ideal near to shops, eating places and supermarket. Basic cooking equipment but ok for us. Free wifi a bonus , have not had this at other hotels this trip.

Interesting option when visiting Kyoto during High Season due to its good train connection to Kyoto Station (2 stations away). Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Otsu itself unfortunately doesn't has much to offer...

The hotel located near MRT station. And Jacuzi ....
