A good hotel, but unfortunately there was a small water leak through the ceiling by the light above the toilet in the bathroom which needs addressing from a safety point of view.

Comfortable bed and room, efficient aircon, good quality shower and bathroom, convenient transers, helpful staff.

Metro station is near, 50m away.

The hotel was a big disappointment and the worst was the bed! We couldnt sleep at all.

In Japan, service levels of the international chain hotels are somehow much poorer compared to the Local hotels. Rooms were not properly cleaned and staff had poor attitude.

Bed sheets wasn't changed for the next day they have used it same just put it in nice way
