The service was good and the room was clean but most of all, I was pleased with the staff at concierge. They were knowledgeable and very helpful.

- rooms at the hotel are spacious, larger than the average hotel room -location is outside downtown area -hotel staff if not so adept at assisting in terms of direction to places we want to go to - furniture at the hotel especially the lobby is quire old.

Check in was awful. Had booked through Agoda. Dinner bed and breakfast. Had voucher and confirmation on iPad. But had to stand and wait while reception called for 15 minutes trying to confirm. She then turned round to other staff member and said just give

It is fine for one night and conveniently located close to the Part-Dieu train station (10 min walking distance).

Flea in the bed. And changed to other room. Too expensive for a okay hotel. No swimming pool. Staffs were nice. But asked the staff how to extend the room and the staff said I can come back tmr morning and tell them I want to extend then it will be done.

Buffet Breakfast is nice. Located right next to JR station with less than 3 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and tidy, though not big, but comfy.

It is very near (approximately 10-15 minute walk) the Notre Dame Cathedral, Latin Quarter and other tourist attraction.
