best location, nice view, friendly staffs

Hotel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is quiet and rooms are clean, although location is a bit far from major attractions/Kyoto station. thankfully hotel provides shuttle bus to/from Kyoto station

Poor service. Had too wait 2days until they replaced a broken phone. This is more like a 3 star hotel not 4. Ok room. Did not appreciate that the customers had to leave a big deposit when checking in.

It was close to the venue it was a good hotel and it was one of the last rooms available in New Plymouth Friday & Saturday night

Very near center of town. About 0.5 km. Quiet area. Tom's under construction so everything is new. Would stay there again

Hotel room I had overlooked the main street and the bar downstairs was very noisy, unfortunately having no aircon you have to open the windows, I had a terrible sleep.
