Main restaurant fully booked or closed. Food in brasserie very poor and restaurant staff unhelpful. Best seats in lounge always reserved but never used.

It's about 10 minutes away from the metro. Not so bad. Staff is friendly and the neighbourhood is quiet too.

As always, a great place to stay!

Staff were friendly, room really clean and my daughter, whose 9, and I, really liked the area. The people were really friendly around Asakusa, and it was a nice change of pace compared to Shiybu etc - highly recommend as at first it seemed like it be far

Vue imprenable depuis la chambre sur la montagne, Joli Spa, Grand et confortable espace d'accueil / internet / coin du feu

The room was small , especially the toilet But the location is very near by the Hakata Station Overall okay

Good Service but not perfect ... didn't get turn down service. And the front desk kept me waiting for the room even I requested for the early check-in and "when the room was available they didn't come to notify me even I sat in front of them
