Rubbish. Hotel staff were awful and offered nothing whatsoever. Toilet was semi clean, shower was almost clean. Room was OK but stank, you'd think they'd clean the cigarette butts off the window sill if they didn't want you to smoke. the icing

Generally the hotel location and cleanliness are good. However, the service the counter staff is very bad. Counter staff are the most important frontline to customer, yet they are not customer oriented, unfriendly, not understanding, refuses to listen to

The price and good comments were what made me choose the hotel as I only needed it for a overnight stay. I got to the Manchester train station at the airport and called using the courtesy phone and was told that the pick up would be with in 8-10 min. Call
