Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Free spa facilities are excellent. Travel to Osaka Universal Studio is just 25 mins. Free parking to guest. Frequent shuttle bus to Osaka Kansai Airport and Sannomiya of Kobe.

Most room no AC have to add water in air cooler ourself. Flooded with Malay . Room not suitable for tropical tourist. Have to add extra of 50 pound per day for AC rm and only few rooms available
