Service-minded staff, the hotel is just a doorstep to the city's tramway. A hotel's own paid parking is available.

The rooms are spacious.Breakfast is excellent. Good location with shuttle to airport. Only one bath towel though for two people which was a disappointment. Otherwise a good hotel for Heathrow airport.
