The hotel is very clean and spacious. Spacious compared to other hotels in Japan but cost friendly. The staff are very friendly, we even had a nice chat with a man who assisted us with our luggage to the airport limousine. They speak English well and that

the room is standard, located near a hot pool. staff very good, don't speed much time cause arrived quite late and checked out in the morning. but overall okay

Location location location

The house keeping staff did not close our room door after doing up the room. We were shocked when we came back to see the door left slightly open as we have valuables in the room. Disappointing, however, the hotel manager compensate by giving us breakfast
