A nice spot for a couple of nights. I was upgraded to a double without even asking. Simple rooms. A chair would have been nice. Simple complimentary continental breakfast. 5 minutes walk to tube. Excellent value for money.

Booked this ryokan hoping that I could give my parents a great experience of Japanese Ryokan hospitality but disappointed! Room wasn't well-maintain, staff couldn't speak english at all and less friendly, didn't experience any warm hospitality

Nice Food, spacious room and close to ski resort

The location is excellent, just opposite to the bus and train station. There are shopping malls, outlets, supermarket nearby. The staff is helpful and nice. There is free shuttle bus going to and from Disneyland. We have spent our dinner in the hotel rest

Comfortable bed, free internet, both wireless and wired.

Room is so tiny, can hardly walk straight. Window can not be closed, rainy and windy No wifi in the room
