    Clean and great breakfast . Also closed to Sanjō Keihan train station and can move to Osaka easily . Will stay again if I visit Kyoto again .

    Our stay was pretty fine though i had expected more for the price. The room was verry small and hygiene was not at its best. First night there was a party downstairs, had to listen to the bass until midnight. Apart from this all was fine, great breakfast.
