Booked this ryokan hoping that I could give my parents a great experience of Japanese Ryokan hospitality but disappointed! Room wasn't well-maintain, staff couldn't speak english at all and less friendly, didn't experience any warm hospitality

Amazing hotel for long vacations! I recommend it to any couple that plans to be there more than a few days because it's got all you need, kitchen, closets, bathroom, tv, wifi, and bed. Great hotel overall

The room is in great location, very small, very cold air con.

I didn't know where to get the shuttle so the airport desk called the hotel and the driver came and got us. The room was warm and comfortable and excellent value for money
