The location easy walking distance from the train station is excellent. The rooms are small like most Japanese business class hotels. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Very clean and quiet.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff

I was upgraded from a 1-3 bedroom apartment which was a pleasant surprise but then I was asked not to use the other 2 bedrooms.......they also tried to charge me from WiFi and when I objected I was given access for free. Apart from that nice accommodation

It would have been good if they cleaned the room. My room was untouched for 4 nights.

Best option

Superb location. Good size rooms for family holiday and the kitchen facilities are excellent. But the Management really needs to look into cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Malaysian restaraunt in the hotel was below par.
