Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable

great central location friendly staff but small rooms

The only downside was the A/C was terrible, we were very uncomfortable. Other wise, good stay.

The room was old and doesn't feel clean. The bathroom smell of drainage. The location is very good, near to metro and close to the river but slightly unsafe at night. Overall it was OK, if they renovate the rooms, it would had been better

Stayed here for 6 nights. Location wise, the hotel is located less than 50m from Inaricho Metro Stn which is between Ueno and Asakusa. Very good english-speaking staff. A minimart just around the corner (1 min walk). Good daily housekeeping. The bathroom
