      We were well looked after at the Pond with friendly staff. The room was cleaned and even the teddy was put back to bed after it was made!

      There was no parking.We had to pay quite a bit to park at night then go to the car park in the moring. We were there for 2 days and thought the towels would have been changed. Entering the room was smelly, curry smell /toilet had need refreshing. Airing

      Excellent hotel - no problems. Access / car parking can be an issue but if cannot get space outside / near - staff will valet park the car for you. Will stay again

      From the outside it looks very old but once inside the rooms are 5* standard very comfortable, modern very clean and fresh. Location wise very close to train station and 5 min walk to city centre. Highly recommend hotel and would stay here again
