Excellent staff service, free happy hour drinks and closeness to subway station.

overall pleasant stay , quite a walk from the railway station. efficient and helpful staffs, our family room was quite big , clean , complete with amenities, strategically located. we will stay again if we visit Kyoto.

There is nothing much to do at this area ,that's why we only stayed one night here. The shower is not working , there is no hot water . So I took a bath instead . We requested for dental set at reception to be delivered . But have to call again before

Great hotel, accommodating staff, perfect location.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable

a bit pricey for what it was. hotel's rates were cheaper than online though. it was a labyrinth to get to the room, having to go up and down stairs through narrow corridors. some staff were not very helpful, esp the malaysian receptionist.

Staff could not be more helpful.
