Location (very near to metro station and 10-15 minutes' walk to Moulin Rouge); good WIFI; staff very friendly and helpful

The area is great but the hotel is shabby. Not good value for money at all. I first room was above a bar so asked to be moved the room was next to lift which was incredibly noisy. The rooms well both pokey and bed uncomfortable.
