The location is great. And the staff are so helpful as what usual Japanese does. It is very close to the Kanazawa JR station, which is great too.

Pictures doesn't reflect the actual room. Rooms are old, dark and dirty and corridors stink. Altitude of staff is ok but you barely cominicate with them. Finally, you can only be satisfied with the hotel if you normally sleep on street.
