very good hotel great facilities bar prices a bit high

Clean room, but a bit small. Location very close to Tokyo Metro. Lots of restaurant around the area. Staff are friendly. The hotel also have free shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Resort.

Great value, great location, good breakfast, most staff good. Only recommendation is that when the fire alarm went of at 6am and we had to evacuate non of the staff looked out for or offered assistance to the less able elderly . It should be a priority in

Lovely hotel with spaceous room, clean, cool and nice. But had some very dissapointed children when we found out you had to be an adult to use the in-door pool and that the outdoor-pool was not open untill summer which was after July 7.th. Otherwise good
