Room very small

Staff in the hotel were all courteous and polite with a good command of english. They were attentive and able to meet demands of their hotel guest, I am very impressed by their service

Cheap, close to train station

This hotel is situated in a good location 20 minute walk from Royal Albert Hall and handy for underground station. However, we encountered problems with people in neighbouring room and we were not impressed and didn't feel the staff took our complaint

Convenient hotel and vety comfortable.

Clean and tidy but on the small side, very basic.

Location was good. Short distance to the convention center and easy access to transportation.
