아들이랑 같이 투인룸으로 정했는데 싱글룸으로 배치되었어요. 그 원인에 대해서 명백한 설명이 없었고 사과도 없었어요. 3층에 온천이 있는데 그게 무료가 아니라 유료였어요. 이부분에 대해서도 체크인시에는 설명이 없이 다음날 결제내역서에만 적혀있었어요. 돈이 많아서가 문제가 아니라 전반 서비스가 체계적이고 규범화 되지 못했다는거죠. 내역소도 체크인시에 왜서 받지 못하는지 모르겠어요. 달라고 했는데 무조건 다음날이라야 된대요. 그리고 호텔이 산등에 위치하고 있

Nothing in particular...View could have been better...but then loads of construction going on under the hotel

Staff was helpful and understanding with our young son traveling with us. Room was quiet and pretty. Breakfast was relaxing with fresh food

They provide air purifier/ionizer in the room but it emits cigarette smell maybe not cleaned or maintained.

Hôtel bien adapté pour une étape "sommeil" au cours d'un voyage. Confort sommaire mais suffisant. Rapport qualité-pris élevé.
