As stated above, the staff was not polite and weren't very helpful, the room cleaning service was terrible as there were always places that weren't cleaned or amenities that were re-supplied. Definitely a not recommend.

Excellent hotel for location to Lime Street station and short walking distance to all the attractions. The single room on the 3rd floor was clean and had everything I needed for the one night, tv and tea/coffee making facilities. A continental breakfast
