Booked here so I didn't have to wake up so early to catch a 7 AM international flight. Happy to have a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite upon check-in, even though the stay was only for 8 hours. Free shuttle bus service to the airport.

Great hotel. Initial problem with reception understanding of room with a view prefered. ( the 1st room shown had a view of a big oak tree. 2nd room had view of flat top roof. Eventually the message got through. BAR SERVICE - JANET PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVI

Great hotel for a quick stopover . Staff helpful and rooms clean and comfortable . Parking available for £12 per stay. Close to Heathrow but never hear the sound of the planes . There is a "hopper" bus to the airport too.
