If you don't mind the old (but very well maintained) building and furnishing, then the rest of the hotel is great. Comfortable surroundings. Not far from subway. Very friendly and good service; even in English. Very helpful.

It is common to have small rooms in central Paris. But room is clean and tidy. Find everything you needed in the toilet and even a hot water boiler. Bed was comfortable. Didn't try out the breakfast as near around has so many restaurant and cafe.
