We had lots of plans for our trip to London, so we just needed a place to sleep. The place was better than expected, nice beds and an decent bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpfull. There was a train station nearby and with only 25 min. to Liverpool

Front desk was efficient, room was clean and well-lit, bathroom was very serviceable

Lovely quiet room. Nice views. Fantastic for location right by museums, station, shops, theatres. Gym and swim option for £4 good value. It was worth £48. I will stay again .

I chose the hotel for the spa and pool. Unfortunately, the pool was always full of children, which wasn't what I had expected with a spa hotel. There were short slots for adults only but they were always later in the day when I was out. Very disappo

The service of this hotel is one of the best that I have seen thus far.
