Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe zur Oper und daher sehr zentral. Man bemerkt leider noch im 3 Stock die U-Bahn unter dem Haus fahren. Zimmer sind für den Preis angemessen.
Pro: We are happy with service delivered by all the staff. The character room is a must for family with children. Location is good as connected to Lotte World adventure, Lotte Mall and Subway station. Breakfast is good, but close early at 10:00AM.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when it use to be the renisance hotel and it was a true 5 star. Since the new company took this hotel over I was disappointed in the facilities and equipment and cost for the buffet. When i booked my reservation f
