Cosyness location

It is very easy to look for the hotel. Just come out to main entrance of the Kishibe station ,look right .you can see the hotel sign station hotel. From Osaka station only 3 stops to Kishibe station about 10mins .It is direct line to kyoto 30mins . we got

Check in was efficient but Agoda had not let the hotel know that we required a cot for an 8month old baby. Checkout was also efficient and reception responded to our requests for extra tea and milk.

This was the worst experience I have had dealing with a hotel in a very long time, not worth the effort, won't be booking another stay here or at any of the chain hotels

Location, staff eager to assist, staff speak English well

Quiet / bed is big / strong air conditioning

Location (close to metro), walking distance to Sacre Cocre, decent breakfast for 11 euros

For the room n staff...Ok
