the hotel was clean and had good location and very nice staff

Tube station is just steps away, surrounding with many brasseries

Hotel's spa is big and nice but there were too many people on the day we went. Rooms with beds are dated and beds are too hard. Ondol rooms are in better condition if you don't mind sleeping on the floor. Breakfast buffet is overpriced.

Great service by reception - very helpful with advice. Good buffet breakfast. The bathroom was modern and clean.
