Nice and clean

It was a shame that the breakfast was a bit basic, but the staff and friendly atmosphere more than made up for that. Location- wise, perfect for visiting London and transport links.

Very impressed with this hotel. The room has everything you can want including an iron and ironing board which is always important for a business traveller. The staff are all typical of Newcastle people, friendly and warm.

Although the room wasn't filthy, the room phone's buttons had so much gunk all over the buttons that it was impossible to use. The shower could not get hot any of the days I was there. The last day it was just plain-cold. The staff was extremely
