The female staff when we checked in was kind and helpful, so was the young male staff we checked out the following day.

This place was good value for money, near to motorway as I was driving through France to Holland, easy to check in late at night, but a couple of gripes.............. all pillows in the room were lumpy and threadbare - small price to replace surely? l

location, service & clean

Downsides: we had a really hard time finding it from Tokyo station when we first arrived. And are all beds in Japan so firm? But once we learned how to navigate the subway, the location was okay. Raves: so many little extras in our room-- charging cords,

Clean, basic and comfortable

The toilet had a weird smell. Other than that it was perfectly fine.
