As a business traveler, it is about an hour to reach the city center by taxi and there is not much restaurants in the area other than the neighboring hotels.

Owners, John & Paulette, are great. Location is fantastic, among the vineyards. Their home and our room were excellent/

Good standard with real bathroom. Nice kingsize bed and balcony with Paris view. Quiet street and 5 minutes walk from metro and good resturants.

Why can't you lower the temp to below 20 C? It was too hot in the room at night and sometimes the A/C did not work well. The buffet was good, and service was good, but why do we have to ask for ice? Why not put an ice machine on each floor? The shower

Hotel is approx 5 mins walk to the train station and good as a base to go around Osaka. Rooms are clean and slightly small, but was not a problem as we left our bags at Kyoto and had an overnight bag only.

Everything was good..... Trust me, choose this & you will not regret!

Unaccommodating staff . Room needed repairs for the door and other things . Overall, unpleasant experience
